Photos: April 2010

We've been pretty busy for the last few weeks! Ever since Easter, we've been running all over the place visiting people, going to get-togethers, or planning get-togethers. It hasn't left much time for many projects around the apartment, but we've been working diligently on budgeting so that we can trade our apartment for a house sometime next year:)

Here are some of my favorite photos from Easter weekend:

Lucy playing in the stream at Codorus State Park after a hike with Mom.

Three of the chicks Grandpa Rohrer brought as an Easter gift to Tim's Mom.

The young folks' corner at my grandparents' house on Easter Sunday. Em, Dan, Greg, and Liz.

Me and the Hubby in our Easter best. Enjoying the beautiful MD weather:)

I also had the chance to make it to Pi Nu Epsilon's national convention and catch up with some college friends the second weekend in April. The meeting was not so fun, but the dinner was nice:)

Delta Chapter (Shippensburg University) Alumni. Ignore the leg of the guy standing on the table:-x

Last weekend was Susie's Bridal Shower, which was also a good time:) I got to meet a lot of her family, as well as a good number of Matt's. It was good to see Jenn, as well, especially since she's moving to Florida at the end of July:(
Pretty cake! Everyone ate around the pile of blue icing flowers:P

Susie tearing into some of her awesome presents:)

Jenn did an awesome job with the bow-quet.

This past weekend, my littlest nephew, Zachary, had his first birthday party. He's the sweetest little kid! He tore into the cake with his hands, but he didn't seem to like the taste of the icing...probably because he's never had that much sugar before:P

He likes to help in the kitchen by pulling all the silverware out of the dishwasher and tossing it on the floor:P

Four generations of Rohrers:) Talking to Grandma and Grandpa Gross via Skype.

Cake! Good for playing with, but not to eat:P

Post-cake mutilation. Happy Birthday, Little One:)

I have been working slowly on a new baby blankie that I hope to pick up speed on soon, so look for updates on that as well:)
